Yes, indeed "saucaaLay" is the common word for "toilet". "SNaaN ghar" is the word used for "bathroom" or the room where you would take a bath. It is not used for "toilet".

I thought toilet was sauchaalay, is it more common to use that word snaanghar? first time I am hearing it
