Hello Harumi,

If you don't like very spicy food , you could say 'mujhe zyada teekhaa khaana pasanD nahii hai'. So while ordering food at a restaurant, you could tell them after you give your order to keep the food mild/less spicy. So please say 'teekha thoda kam rakhiyega'. (keep it less spicy please)

Roti roll may be a customized recipe as North Indians eat roti almost everyday. So I assume it might be a roll made out of the roti.

Indian and pakistani foods are close to each other as both use a lot of spices in them. However the recipes and varieties are different and vast in both.

Hope you enjoy your less spicy Indian food!

Cheers,

Neha
