Namaste. Welcome back to hindipod101.com, the easiest, smartest and the quickest way of learning Hindi online. My name is Anuj Khurana and I am back with yet another Hindi lesson for you all. So today, we are going to discuss about 10 words, 10 sentences which you would love to listen from others. So let’s start.
Our first sentence is...
1. आज आप बहुत सुंदर दिख रहे हो। (aaj aap bahuT SunDar Dikh rahe ho.) "You look great today."
Our first sentence is…
आज आप बहुत सुंदर दिख रहे हो। (aaj aap bahuT SunDar Dikh rahe ho.) "You look great today."
Well, who will not want to listen to this sentence from anyone?
2. मुझे आपकी याद आती है| (mujhe aapakii yaaD aaTii hai.) "I miss you."
3. तुमने बहुत अच्छा काम किया| (TumaNe bahuT acchaa kaam kiyaa.) "You did a great job!"
Well, if you’ve done a project or maybe you have finished an assignment and if you get to hear this, nothing like that.
4. आप एक बहुत अच्छे बावर्ची हैं। (aap ek bahuT acche baavarcii hain.) "You're an excellent cook."
Well, I love to eat and I like to compliment people who cook a great meal or who cook a lot of meals for me. Well, it’s a good way of appreciating a person who is putting a lot of effort in cooking. We should appreciate that.
5. एक ब्रेक ले लो| आज सफाई मैं करता हूँ| (ek brek Le Lo. aaj Safaaii main karaTaa huun.) "Take a break. I'll do the cleaning today."
6. और तुम जीत गये| (aur Tum jiiT gaye.) "And you win!"
Our next sentence is, और तुम जीत गये| (aur Tum jiiT gaye.) “And you win.”
Well, every sports person would love to hear this sentence from the opposite team that you have won. That’s why you play.
7. आप ठीक कह रहे थे! (aap thiik kah rahe THe!) "You were right!"
8. मैं आपके लिये कुछ खास लाया हूँ| (main aapake Liye kuch khaaS Laayaa huun.) "I have brought something special for you."
Well, I am the one who loves to get surprises from others and whenever someone comes and says this sentence, they just give me Goosebumps. I don’t know what comes but a surprise is a surprise.
9. बजट असीमित है| (bajat aSiimiT hai.) "The budget is unlimited."
बजट असीमित है| (bajat aSiimiT hai), which means “The budget is unlimited.” Our next sentence is, [*] which means, “The budget is unlimited.” Well, trust me if you are a corporate guy or if you are into marketing, most of the times, you get a limited budget but imagine your manager is coming up to you and saying that this time, the budget is unlimited.
10. आपकी मेडिकल रिपोर्ट बहुत अच्छी आयी है। (aapakii medikaL riport bahuT acchii aayii hai.) "Your medical report is absolutely fine."
Just imagine you are going to a doctor and you get to hear this sentence from your doctor that you are doing pretty good. Your health is pretty good.
So that’s all from today’s video. I hope you liked our video lesson. I will be back with more video lessons. Till then, stay tuned. Take care and goodbye.

There are lots of inaccuracies between the video and the transcript and notes.

I am finding this very confusing and making me doubt what the quality of what I am learning.

It would be helpful if lessons and notes are proof read.

I appreciate the energy and hard work of the teacher, but the clarity is unhelpful to boost student confidence.

Yes I really enjoyed that lesson ! DanyavaaD excellent ! The more I listen and read the better my ability to understand. I try not to look at the translation and guess what I think it might mean. I am surprised at how often I seem to be correct or at least close.
