John: There is so much we can express non-verbally with the help of our body parts. But you can also make use of these verbal expressions to express how you feel.
SLANG EXPRESSIONS
John: The expressions you will be learning in this lesson are:
Shakti: हाथ बढ़ाना
Shakti: पेट में चूहे कूदना
Shakti: माथा ठनकना
Shakti: मुँह पर ताला लगना
John: Shakti, what's our first expression?
Shakti: हाथ बढ़ाना
John: literally meaning "to give a hand." But when it's used as a slang expression, it means "to help."
Shakti: [SLOW] हाथ बढ़ाना [NORMAL] हाथ बढ़ाना

John: literally meaning "head rings." But when it's used as a slang expression, it means "to have some suspicion."

John: literally meaning "the mouth gets locked." But when it's used as a slang expression, it means "not to have anything to say."
