John: Like it or not, drinking and smoking have become a part of society. These expressions are used to refer to these activities, to something that goes with it, or to someone who gets into it.

Shakti: टुन्न होना
John: literally meaning "to be drunk." And when it's used as a slang expression, it means "to be drunk."
