Mumbai is a mixture of cultures and it depends on the purpose of your visit. Most of the locals in Mumbai will speak Marathi, but understand Hindi too. They usually don't know much English. But if your interaction is confined to the corporate sector, you can interact very well with English.

Both are correct and either of them can be used. The main correction is - aakhrii stap Tak - till last stop ..instead of aakhrii stap ko.
